Becoming an Approved Vendor of Deanna's Gluten Free 

To qualify for our wholesale rates, we will need the following:
 
1.     You must have an active and in good standing account with Deanna’s Gluten Free, a Gluten Not Included Company.
2.     You must be in the food resale or food service industry.
3.     You are required to furnish proper documentation of your business license and/or permits and certifications.
4.     You must fax all supporting documents to 760.432.6120 or email to Orders@DeannasGF.com

Sales Tax/Resale Certificate

Name of main contact person

Name of main contact person
HACCP – 3rd Party Audit Certificate
Valid County of San Diego Dept. of Environmental Health - Environmental Health Permit
Valid State of California Dept. of Public Health Food and Drug Branch -
-        Processed Food Registration
-        Organic Processed Product Registration (if applicable)
-        Non GMO Product Registration (if applicable)
-        Gluten Free Certification (if applicable)
